The S40 line has been engineered to deliver maximum versatility for producers of both flat and 3D lollipops with a diverse product range. From classic round and flat lollipops to eye-catching multicolor “traffic light” shapes, this production line has become the preferred choice among our customers. Its latest-generation lollipop chain dies allow production changeovers in just minutes, ensuring flexibility and efficiency.
The S40 is also the first line to integrate a wrapping machine directly after the forming stage, reducing overall plant investment while maintaining high speed, consistent quality, and low maintenance requirements.

Batch roller 224RL
Engineered to collect and shape both high- and low-boiled sugar, this machine guarantees precision and efficiency in every step of the process.
Built with a full AISI 304 stainless steel tubular frame, it ensures maximum strength, hygiene, and long-term reliability. The system is equipped with four AISI 304 stainless steel radial cones, specifically designed to deliver superior shaping of the sugar mass. The batch roller lifting drive operates through a hydraulic system, ensuring smooth and controlled movement. Heating is provided by electric heaters positioned at the bottom of the batch roller, ensuring even heat distribution during processing.
The rotation speed of the stainless steel cones is fully adjustable via inverter drive, giving operators precise control for optimal results.
The machine features a batch capacity of theoretical 130 kg, with an outlet rope diameter of up to 80 mm, depending on the type of sugar mass processed.
Batch roller 007RLF
This machine is designed to collect and shape both high- and low-boiled sugar with maximum efficiency and precision.
Built with a robust AISI 304 stainless steel tubular frame, it ensures durability, hygiene, and long-lasting performance. The system features six AISI 304 stainless steel radial cones, engineered to deliver optimal shaping of the sugar mass.
A batch roller lifting drive allows smooth and precise handling, while electric heaters positioned at the bottom and sides guarantee even heat distribution for consistent processing.
The rotation speed of the stainless steel cones is fully adjustable via an inverter drive, giving operators complete control over the shaping process.
The machine offers a real loading capacity of approximately 90 kg per batch, with a theoretical maximum of up to 120 kg per batch. The outlet rope diameter ranges from 40 mm to 80 mm, depending on the type of sugar mass.
